1. Different components: liquefied gas is a mixture of various low-boiling-point gases in the petroleum refining process, and there is no fixed composition. The main components are butene, propylene, butane and propane. The main components of natural gas are alkanes, of which methane accounts for the vast majority, and there are a small amount of ethane, propane and butane. In addition, there are generally hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water gas, a small amount of carbon monoxide, and trace amounts of rare gases, such as helium and argon, etc. .
2. Different uses: liquefied gas is mainly used as petrochemical raw material, used for hydrocarbon cracking to produce ethylene or steam reforming to produce synthesis gas, and can be used as industrial, civil and internal combustion engine fuel. Liquefied petroleum gas is a flammable substance. When the content in the air reaches a certain concentration range, it will explode when exposed to an open flame. Natural gas is the cleanest energy source on earth. In addition to being used as fuel, it can also be used for power generation, air liquefaction and food freezing.
3. Different characteristics: liquefied gas has high calorific value, the calorific value of LPG of the same weight is twice that of coal, and the calorific value of liquid is 45185 ~ 45980kJ/kg. LPG is a gas at normal temperature and pressure, and can be liquefied into a liquid under a certain pressure or frozen to a certain temperature, which is easy to transport. The pressure before the stove of the LPG pipeline user remains unchanged, and the user is easy to use.
Precautions:
1. The gas cylinder is strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun, and it is strictly forbidden to be close to an open flame or a place with high temperature. Because the pressure in the gas cylinder rises with the increase of temperature, once the pressure in the cylinder rises abnormally, it will be dangerous.
2. The gas cylinder should be used upright, and it is strictly forbidden to use it upside down or lying down, because the pressure regulator installed on the gas cylinder acts on the gas of liquefied petroleum gas. If the gas cylinder is upside down or lying down, liquid will flow out. When it becomes a gas and diffuses 250~300 times and mixes with air, it will cause a large area of combustion and even an explosion, so it is very dangerous.
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop, kick, roll and impact whether the bottle is full or empty. Because the paint is damaged at light, the gas cylinder is deformed and scrapped, and even the gas cylinder is damaged, causing fire and explosion accidents.
4. It is not allowed to forcibly vaporize the cylinder with boiling water and fire.
