During the production of export flake soda, it must be heated. The production of flake soda must first vaporize liquid caustic soda to a certain concentration, and then carry out subsequent processing.
The traditional pot method heats the caustic soda pot directly with fire, the coal is not completely burned, and the coal ash and soot are deposited on the stove and the solid caustic caustic pot, and the heat transfer is low. To save energy, the three-pot method is usually used. That is, preheat the pot, cooking pot and stirring pot.
The flake alkali molten salt heating unit is a coal-fueled molten salt heating system used to control the temperature of the molten salt reaching the concentrator to meet the process requirements of the high concentration unit. The coal preparation plant requires the coal to enter the furnace with a molten salt temperature of 430°C. The molten salt leaves the high concentration pool at a temperature of 400°C and flows into the molten salt tank by gravity. The molten salt is then delivered using a molten salt pump to circulate the entire molten salt system. The high-temperature flue gas from the molten salt furnace enters the steam generator, and then enters the water film dust collector after being cooled by the air preheater. After dust removal and desulfurization, the flue gas enters the induced draft fan, and is introduced into the chimney through the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
