3. Production process:
All kinds of liquid raw materials are sent to the high-level tank, and the solid-liquid raw materials are directly prepared into slurry in the batching pot. The slurry is filtered and then subjected to aging treatment. The top of the tower is sprayed by the pressure of the high-pressure pump, and the hot air enters the tower from the bottom of the tower through the hot air distribution belt. After aging treatment, the finished powder can be directly packaged, or added with fragrance, enzymes and non-ions to make various medium and high-grade washing powders.
3. Large tower spray drying production device:

2. Production process: The washing powder production line is mainly composed of a pre-batching process, spraying section, and continuous post-batching section.
The pre-batching process adopts the internationally popular computer-controlled automatic powder and liquid metering system, which can adopt both continuous batching and intermittent batching, which is characterized by convenient operation, safety, and reliability.
In the continuous post-batching section, solid-liquid materials such as base powder, enzyme preparation, essence, and non-ionic are continuously fed into the post-dispensing mixer after accurate measurement, and the finished powder is output into the packaging production line. This section adopts a reliable and accurate continuous metering device to make it operate continuously and reliably.
