Working Principle of Detergent Powder Mixing Plants

The working principle of a Detergent Powder Mixing Machine Plant is based on mechanical mixing and controlled blending. Raw materials are first accurately weighed through an automatic dosing system and then fed into the mixing unit. Inside the mixer-such as a ribbon mixer, ploughshare mixer, or paddle mixer-rotating blades continuously lift and circulate the powder, creating a three-dimensional mixing motion that ensures uniform distribution of all ingredients.

During the mixing process, liquid additives like fragrance or color solution can be sprayed into the chamber so the powder absorbs them evenly without forming lumps. After mixing is complete, the finished detergent powder is discharged through an outlet and conveyed to processes such as screening, storage, or automatic packaging. Modern systems often use PLC controls to regulate mixing time, speed, and ingredient ratios for stable and consistent product quality.
