    Part Two: Core Technology and Process

    Working Principle:

    Raw Material Preparation: Liquid raw materials (such as surfactants and additives) and solid raw materials are precisely metered, neutralized, and aged to form a homogeneous slurry.

    Spray Drying: The slurry is pumped to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, atomizing it into tiny droplets.

    Hot Air Contact: Filtered and heated hot air (up to 350°C) is evenly distributed from the top of the tower, making instantaneous contact with the droplets, causing rapid evaporation of moisture (evaporation rate 95-98%).

    Granulation: After drying, the droplets form hollow, spherical particles, which are continuously discharged from the bottom of the tower.

    Tail Gas Treatment: The tail gas containing fine powder is purified by a cyclone separator and dust removal system before being discharged; the fine powder is recycled.
