Product Description
Three kinds of laundry powder plants can be supplied according to the required bulk density of product powder.
1. laundry powder plant with spray drying tower:
The final product detergent powder from this kind of plant will have a bulk density of 0.25 to 0.35.
2. laundry powder plant with agglomerator:
mainly for producing high-density detergent powder with a bulk density of 0.45 to 0.80.
3. laundry powder plant with both spray drying tower and agglomerator:
combination of the technical advantages of the above two kinds of plants, capable of producing both low-density and high-density detergent powders by one plant.
maintenance
1. During the operation of the machine, if the conveying is not smooth or blocked, stop working immediately. Discharge the materials or sundries blocked in the body, and clean the body、
2. In the process of flushing the machine, do not sprinkle water on the motor, heating pipe and switch parts, so as not to burn out when starting.
3. Check the equipment every three months to check whether the mechanical parts are worn or loose.
4. If the machine needs to be shut down for a long time, perform a relatively complete cleaning of the machine and cut off the main power supply. When restarting, the electrical appliance should be checked once and then powered on.
5. Fill the bearing with grease once every three months (use a grease gun to fill it).
6. Replace the gear oil of the reducer.
