Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP) Plant
Application: mainly used as additive of synthetic detergent, soap synergist and preventing soap synergist and preventing soap grease from precipitation and frost. It has strong emulsifying effect on lubricating oil and can be used to adjust pH value of buffer soap.
The STPP preparation process by Sodium Tripolyphosphate Equipment is composed of three steps: preparation of phosphoric acid from phosphate rocks, sodium pyrophosphate from neutralization of the acid, and finally the formation of STPP by condensation and polymerization of the sodium pyrophosphate.
