The key to the Sulfonation Plant
The most critical part of the Sulfonation Plant (also known as the heart part) is a sulfonated reactor. In order to produce high quality products, and the liquid reactant in the sulfonation reactor (such as LAB or other organic materials) and gaseous reactants (SO3 gas) must be well distributed, to ensure that the liquid reactant in the reaction tube (double membrane reactor for the inner wall of the outer tube and the inner tube the outer wall; multi tube type reactor for each pipe wall) forming a smooth and uniform film and gas reactants are fully laminar form of contact.
