    Core Process Flow

     

    A complete production line typically consists of the following five stages:

    Slurry Preparation: Sulfonic acid, caustic soda, soda ash, sodium silicate, and various additives are mixed and neutralized in a mixing tank.

    Spray Drying: This is the most spectacular stage. A high-pressure pump delivers the slurry to nozzles at the top of the drying tower, atomizing it into fine droplets. Simultaneously, hot air from a hot air furnace enters from the bottom or top of the tower, and the droplets instantly lose water and dry during their descent, forming hollow particles.

    Post-Addition System: Because some components (such as enzymes, fragrances, bleaches, and non-ionic surfactants) are heat-sensitive and would be rendered ineffective in the high-temperature drying tower, they are added uniformly to the base powder after drying using a post-addition device.

    Dust Control & Recovery: The production line is equipped with cyclone separators and bag filters to recover fine powder from the exhaust gas, protecting the environment and reducing costs.

    Finished Product Packaging: According to market demand, the product is automatically weighed and packaged into bags or boxes.
